1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Bermuda Prop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
Account Structure: You may purchase multiple plans. Each plan is a separate account with its own KYC verification, and all accounts belonging to the same verified individual are treated as linked accounts.
Multi-Account Rules: Cross-account hedging, coordinated trading, and identity bypass across linked accounts are strictly prohibited. See the Trading Policy, Section 4 for details.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies

4. Plan Purchase & Subscription

Payment	Processed through secure payment gateways
Duration	Each plan has a specific duration
Refunds	All plan purchases are final and non-refundable
Renewal	Plans can be renewed before expiration
Multiple Plans	You may purchase multiple plans simultaneously. Each plan requires its own KYC verification. Cross-account hedging and coordinated trading are prohibited.

5. Trading Phases

Phase 1 - DEMO: 8% profit target, minimum 5 trades, minimum 3 days.

Phase 2 - DEMO: 4% profit target, minimum 5 trades, minimum 3 days.

Phase 3 - REAL: Live trading with 80% profit share for the user.

Note: Minimum trading days and minimum trades are phase completion conditions, not violation triggers. Failing to meet them results in phase rejection, not account burn.

6. Account Burn (Rules Violation)

Your account will be permanently burned if any of the following automatic burn rules are triggered:

Daily Loss	Exceeds 4% of start-of-day balance
Overall Loss	Exceeds 8% of initial balance
Floating Loss	Exceeds 2.5% of account balance at any moment
80% Rule	Any single position reaches 80% of the phase profit target in floating profit
Prohibited Practices	Scalping (5 or more trades under 15 seconds in one day), hedging, cross-account hedging, arbitrage, automated trading, identity bypass

Phase Completion Conditions (not burn triggers): Minimum trading days and minimum trades are evaluated only at the end of each phase. If not met, the phase is not passed, but the account is not burned mid-phase.

Once burned, the plan is permanently terminated and cannot be reinstated.

7. Withdrawals

Processing Time	24-48 hours for amounts under $1,000; up to 7 business days for amounts above $1,000
Large Withdrawals	Withdrawals above $3,000 may be paid in multiple installments
Fees	Vary based on method
Verification	KYC required before first withdrawal

8. Prohibited Activities

Cross-account hedging, coordinated trading, or identity bypass across linked accounts
Using unauthorized automated trading software (bots)
Transferring accounts to others
Providing false or misleading information
Engaging in illegal activities on the platform
Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on Bermuda Prop are the intellectual property of Bermuda Prop and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Financial Protection

In the event of financial issues or platform shutdown:

Bermuda Prop is obligated to fully refund all payments made for subscriptions or plan purchases
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

11. Respect & Conduct

Harassment Policy: Insulting or harassing mentors, instructors, or support staff gives the platform the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.
Professional Conduct: All users are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication.

12. Bug Bounty Program

Security professionals who report security vulnerabilities to support may qualify for:

Bug Bounty Rewards (in cryptocurrency)
Free Plans as compensation

13. Disclaimer of Liability

Bermuda Prop provides a trading simulation platform. We are not a financial advisor and do not provide investment advice.

We are not responsible for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages incurred while using our platform
All trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the user
Past performance does not guarantee future results

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support
Upon termination, any remaining funds may be forfeited if prohibited by law

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bermuda Prop operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
