1. General Trading Rules

All trades executed on Bermuda Prop are fully simulated and do not involve real financial markets. The platform provides a proprietary trading simulation environment designed for educational and skill development purposes.

All trading activities are simulated
No real money is traded on external markets
The platform is designed for trader development and evaluation

2. Trading Pairs & Pricing

Spread: No additional spread is applied. Prices are sourced directly from reputable exchanges.
Commission: No additional trading commissions are charged.
Price Feed: Real-time prices are fetched from trusted cryptocurrency exchanges.

3. Risk Management Rules

The following risk rules apply to all plans unless explicitly stated otherwise in the plan description:

Note: Floating Risk, 80% Rule, Daily Drawdown, and Overall Drawdown are automatic account burn rules — violation results in permanent account termination. Minimum Trading Days and Minimum Trades are phase completion conditions — they are only evaluated at the end of each phase, and failure results in phase rejection, not account burn. Any plan that does not include a specific rule will have it clearly stated in the plan description.

4. Multi-Account Policy

You are permitted to purchase multiple plans simultaneously. Each plan is a separate account with its own KYC verification, and all accounts belonging to the same verified individual are treated as linked accounts. However, you are strictly prohibited from:

Having an open trade in one account while simultaneously placing an opposite trade in another linked account during the same trading day
Using multiple accounts to hedge positions against each other (cross-account hedging)
Using different identities to create accounts that belong to the same individual

Violation: This is considered a serious violation and will be checked both automatically and manually. Even if automated detection is not triggered, manual review may identify violations at any time. Violators will face permanent suspension of all linked accounts.

5. IP & Location Policy

No IP restrictions: You may access your account from different IP addresses and locations.
Multiple devices: You can use multiple devices to access your account.
No VPN restrictions: VPN usage is allowed.
Note: IP and device data are logged for security and multi-account monitoring purposes.

6. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account ban:

Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to cheat, even once, will result in permanent account suspension at any stage of the process.

Practice	Description
Scalping	5 or more trades closed within less than 15 seconds each within a single trading day
Hedging (Same Account)	Opening both long and short positions on the same asset within the same account
Cross-Account Hedging	Opening opposite positions on the same asset across linked accounts
Arbitrage	Exploiting price differences between markets
Automated Trading	Using bots, algorithms, or copy-trading without prior written approval
Identity Bypass	Using different identities to create accounts that belong to the same individual
Any Form of Cheating	Attempting to cheat or manipulate the system even once

Note: A single fast trade (under 15 seconds) is not considered scalping. The scalping rule applies to a pattern of 5 or more such trades within a single trading day.

7. Plan Fees & Charges

Plan fees cover:

Mentorship & Training - Access to professional mentors and educational content
Platform Features - Advanced trading tools and platform capabilities
Full Support - 24/7 technical and non-technical support

Note: Plan fees are for platform access and services, NOT for a real proprietary trading account.

8. Platform Issues & Account Reset

If any technical issue originates from the platform side (not from the trader's actions), Bermuda Prop is committed to protecting the trader:

Traders may request a full account reset
Traders may receive a new account with the same plan
Requests should be submitted via support ticket
All requests will be reviewed within 24-48 hours

Note: This policy applies only to issues originating from the platform side, not from trader errors or rule violations.

9. Profit Share & Plan Rules

Profit share percentages and complete plan rules are clearly displayed in the Analysis Panel
Traders are obligated to read and understand all rules before purchasing any plan
Ignorance of the rules does not excuse violations

10. New Features & Updates

When new features are added that benefit traders:

They will be automatically added to existing active plans
Traders who complete their plan or violate rules forfeit the right to use new features for that specific plan

11. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed as rewards for successful trading
Minimum withdrawal amount: $200 USD
Processing time: 24-48 hours for amounts under $1,000
For amounts above $1,000, processing may take up to 7 business days
Withdrawals above $3,000 may be paid in multiple installments

12. Payment Structure for Large Withdrawals

To ensure sustainable payouts for all traders, withdrawals are processed as follows:

Under $1,000: Single payment within 24-48 hours
$1,000 - $3,000: Single payment within 7 business days
Above $3,000: May be paid in multiple installments over a maximum of 14 business days

Important: Traders are not restricted from trading during installment payments. New profits can be withdrawn after the previous installment is fully settled.

13. Data Privacy

Bermuda Prop is committed to protecting your data and privacy. All reasonable efforts are made to safeguard your personal information.

14. Amendments

Bermuda Prop reserves the right to update this Trading Policy at any time. Traders will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
